Whether you are using one pot or several, you can place one behind the other or have them side by side. Thanks to FlexInduction by Bosch, you have the freedom of choice. As induction heats the pot base and not the hob itself, you can cook on any area of the hob surface you like. You can use your cooker like a conventional induction hob with separate cooking zones or connect it up at the touch of a button. This is how you gain additional space, for example in order to position large cookware, e. g. a roasting pan, wherever you like.

Extra added power: The improved PowerBoost function in our induction hobs adds even more power to speed up the cooking process. For example, you can now boil 2 litres of water almost three times as fast as on a conventional glass-ceramic hob.

If you turn off the cooktop it saves the last selected setting for a short time. If the cooktop is switched of within a short time again the former settings are still available.

The integrated ventilation module combines the best of our induction cooktops and cooker hoods. Because it’s built into the cooktop surface, it draws away cooking smells and steam right where they start. This way, you don’t need a separate hood, and you have more overhead space for cabinets – or a clear view across your kitchen.

FlexInduction lets you combine two zones into one evenly heated surface. Your hob automatically detects the size and position of cookware that’s in the zone. Whether you want to make a pot of espresso, or warm a large roasting tray, your hob heats all types of cookware precisely and efficiently.
